Of all the books in the Hot Rods series, this is the one I was waiting for. Something about Roman drew me in from the very first book.The love that he & Carver have is real. They don't spend most of the book trying to deny their love the way some books do. They don't try to deny their bi or gay status. Instead they spend the book trying to become the best versions of themselves while navigating their love and relationship with the other Hot Rods.They sex scenes are off the charts hot, but also filled with true love that you can feel come off the pages.So far this my favorite book of this series.The series is better if you read it in order, but can be read as a stand alone HEA. Although I haven't finished this yet I'm going to review it because I'm at a point that annoys me. Cuda downright says he doesn't like sharing Meep as he's getting ready to go to rehab, but then encourages him to partake while he's gone... That's not realistic! Also, Meep makes it 3 weeks, but another 17 days is too much?!? Again, UNLIKELY. If one knew that their love didn't want to share they wouldn't. Especially when it's evident that the sharing LEAD to the self harm!!! I'll still read it, but I skipped several books to read this storyline and I'm already annoyed right from the jump! Very disappointed.
